In 2024, ASX intends to list three Futures contracts to support Australia and New Zealand’s decarbonisation efforts and energy transition to net zero.
The listed contracts, subject to regulatory approval, will be launched in the market across different underlying classes:

  • Large Generation Certificates (LGC) Futures
  • New Zealand Unit (NZU) Futures
  • Australian Carbon Credit Unit (ACCU) Futures
