Day 1: Electricity Futures & Options Workshop
With the new suite of d-cyphaTrade ASX AU Electricity products in the pipeline, take this opportunity to learn about the new products in worked examples and refresh your understanding of the physical and financial electricity markets in a one-day workshop. There is no assumed knowledge and generally suited for any role in the market from traders, risk managers, treasurers, regulators and other industry observers. Due to the growing relevance of the Dodd Frank Act, the workshop provides a unique understanding of the futures market and benefits of centrally cleared derivative products.

Day 2: Options Trading Workshop
The advanced Options Trading Workshop will be covered on Day 2. The workshop focuses on the fundamental volatility drivers in the National Electricity pool and futures markets, relevant to options pricing and risk management (i.e. the option greeks). The workshop will demonstrate hedging techniques using options (including the new Financial Year Options) to minimise hedge cash flow volatility for generators, retailers and industrial energy consumers and utility companies.
