New Zealand Market Making - Request for Information

The New Zealand Electricity Authority has prepared the below pdf inviting market makers to provide services to the New Zealand electricity futures market.
The NZ electricity futures market is hosted on the ASX and is currently being supported by a market making scheme provided by NZ's four largest electricity gentailers (Contact Energy, Genesis Energy, Mercury NZ and Meridian Energy). Please see here for details on the current market making scheme.
