2. Advanced Electricity Options Trading Workshop, 20 Sept
To increase your knowledge on how Options can be used to minimise risk, the advanced Options Trading Workshop will cover hedging techniques using worked examples of the newly listed Financial Year Options. The workshop focuses on the fundamental volatility drivers in the National Electricity pool and futures markets, relevant to options pricing and risk management (i.e. the option greeks). The workshop will demonstrate hedging techniques using options to minimise hedge cash flow volatility for generators, retailers and industrial energy consumers and utility companies.

The workshop will be of benefit to:
- (i) electricity retailers and generators seeking to optimise their hedging activities;
- (ii) fund managers seeking diversified investment opportunities;
