ASX Energy to cease publication of the Wholesale Electricity Price Index (WEPI) on 30th of January 2016

Please be advised that ASX Energy will cease publishing the Wholesale Electricity Price Index (WEPI) on Saturday the 30th of January. From this point we will no longer send daily WEPI emails and the index will no longer be available on the ASX Energy homepage.
Historical data will continue to be available to subscribers of the ASX Energy Data Centre.
We will continue to publish our popular Australian Power Indices:
• Australian Power Index - National (APIN) - which covers Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia
• Australian Power Index - Eastern (APIE) - which covers Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria
These indices provide a MWh weighted average annual price curve going out at least 3 years. For further information please see our website.
